Seventh Chord Strumming

Animated Seventh Chord Strumming tab by ActionTab on guitar. So easy you'll be playing in minutes.

Simple strumming actiontab with a nice long normal speed version for you to practice playing alongside once you have got comfortable with the seventh chords it explores. Beginners getting more comfortable with trickier chord changes might want to try this one.

A simple exercise for common seventh chords (these chords are all major chords with a flat 7th note).

The chord progression is G7, C7 (repeat 2 times), then Emaj to E7, A7 (repeat 2 times).

The added notes around the E7 and A7 chords add a little variance to the piece. This helps show that there are different ways of playing the same chords around the same position.

e.g. The A7 includes an A (root / octave note) on fret 5 of the top string, and then a G - the (flat) 7th - on the 3rd fret of the same string. Both are A7 chords. A7 chord notes are A C# E G.
