Pretty Woman

Animated Pretty Woman tab by Roy Orbison on guitar. So easy you'll be playing in minutes.

This is Roy Orbison's most well known song. It's in the Key of E major. Here's a breakdown of the song parts you need to play it through:

Intro - This little signature riff is used throughout the song.

Verse - Strum through A major - F# minor - D major (if you can't thumb mute, just omit the lowest 2 strings while strumming) - E major

Swap between the intro and verse parts a couple of times, and then:

Interlude - D minor - G major - C major - A minor - D minor - G major - C major - Notice that there are little licks played before most chord changes.

Repeat that progression once more then straight back into the next verse. This verse is played a little differently to the other times, but the same chords are used.

Interlude 2 - Just partial strumming of the E major chord.

That's all the parts you need to play through the song!
