A harmonic minor scale 2

Animated A harmonic minor scale 2 tab by ActionTab on guitar. So easy you'll be playing in minutes.

This exercise is from the Theory section on scales.

Here we play the A harmonic minor scale through 2 octaves in the open position:

A - B - C - D - E - F - G# - A - B - C - D - E - F - G# - A

We are just playing through the scale and continuing on to repeat it again through the next register / octave range. This is a common way to start learning the scale, so we're including it here for you.

Remember that this scale is only 1 note different from the natural minor scale. It uses G# instead of G. So if you've already practiced that scale then your fingers will find the notes for this scale easier!
